Claim for tyre and rim claim number 101533

Very bad!! Got a puncture on the 22 february 2019 due to heavy rains that we experienced in our area during those days , I Used a spare wheel and on the 24 while traveling to QWA QWA without a spare wheel ,got a tyre burst which was caused by a pothole on the road, I called a friend to borrow me an old tyre that I can use as I did not have a spare , he came to my aid borrowed me and old tyre that I used cause I knew I was going to claim for my two tyres from the Insurance. I put on the claim on the 26 February 2019 at 12h40pm and got a response at 15h14 that the claim is being finalised and I will be contacted shortly. then I was never contacted shortly that day, on the 28 february 2019 between 8h30 and 9 h00 i called dial direct the lady(INDIAN) said she will call me back gave her my numbers and till this day they have not called. I then called later same day in the afternoon same happened '' we will call you back ' a zululu lady said, till now I have not received any call. I then called in today at 12h00 the lady by the name of nomsa said she will find out and call me back this time I asked for reference number ********** 862 as I write this I am still awaiting her to call me back.
