Claim - DialDirect
I submitted a claim, they requested photos of my damaged car, straightthrough is appointed to do the assessment .... no news/feedback at all. *** AD01. When you dial DialDirect you get forwarded from one person to another. Cannot get hold of the person who assisted me with the claim.
