CLAIM DECLINED

My son was driving my car the night he had an accident, although I did not have him as the primary driver of the vehicle the claim was rejected. My son was using my vehicle with my permission to go to university. From the start the consultant had issues with the claim and made all kinds of accusations. Dialdirect let me feel if I was a *****, but still they receive my monthly payments. The worse of it all is that I called them the whole time to follow up on the progress. My vehicle was towed to Renew-it. After the claim was rejected, I went to fetch the vehicle in a worse condition as what it was during the accident. I have mail Renew-it to find out why, and they told me that Dialdirect send the assessor where they remove panels to do the assessment, and damage some of the parts, the assessor did not even put everything back, who to blame, the assessor or Dialdirect. Pictures to show the state the vehicle was in. I did contact the dispute department, where a lady contact me and did get back to me but still waiting for the outcome. I have also request the report from the consultant to Dialdirect still waiting. In the meantime I have start to fix my car myself, but who will be paying for the damages that was done by the assessor.
