<p>I was involve in a car accident on the 6 September dial direct I'm the one have to phone them they 're not updating me,I phone them they said the car is written off ,but they said the insurance cover the car for market value now owing the bank while I don't have car,I'm so stress cz they never told me about market value while I was looking them please I need help what must i do,2.I was admitted they 're not talking about medical cost I have to remind them again please I need help.</p>
