The night of the accident you where by my side to make sure I was OK and handled everything with such grace and made sure I did not have to panic going forward.

My car was towed with no hiccups at all and I was taken home and was made sure I was OK.

Monica you stayed up to date with me every step of the way till I was settled and monies paid into my account, I truly hope that you are a Manager or even Higher in your position as you deserve every 5 STARS I can possibly give you.

Monica you made me feel at ease about all the red tape in between and I did not have to panic at all, you truly are a real GEM to say the least.
