Chaotic insurance company
I have never seen such useless home insurance. 1 month for a claim. Things are so chaotic that I wonder why they are still in the market.

24 Jan 2026, 10:44Small door claim put through more than a month ago. Unable to avail an assessor for more than a month. And when he comes, no follow up. Client left in the dark, and guessing, on when the repairs will be done.
The appointed claim manager, rarely answering email and not readily available.
Still no repair for more than a month.
