cell phone claims take for****ingever
On the 23rd I lodged a claim on the website for a damaged cell phone, and received a confirmation sms and a message stating that I would be contacted within 4 HOURS.<br> <br> As of today still no one has contacted me. 5 WORKING DAYS LATER, 45 BUSINESS HOURS.<br> <br> I phoned the claims department today and spoke to a \Jeremia"who only started the claim when we spoke"
