Cashback ****

Hi! I am driving BWM 320 my monthly premium is R2400 and used to drive more than 8 trips and got a cashback of 75%.... But since the app for cashback was updated and the method of cashback was changed everything... Changed from good to worse

They promised to now pay u for not driving but u will get as little as R13. 91 and most of the time after taking trips they will rate u like before from 1 🌟 to 5 🌟🌟 but after that they will disqualifying your pay even if your phone location is opened and your not at battery save mode... Even after checking the settings from the app before driving

Then i called them several times but they keep on explaining to me the everyday routine that i really do before driving and after they had lunchesld the new update my phone is always opened the settings that they are talking about and even today i was disqualified for not driving yesterday. Then i can't wait for my policy review only months left then i am thinking of going somewhere else as i got better offers and believe that now we been ****med...

I am now starting to hate this insurance amd feels like i would not even recommend anyone that to take it.... And most of my buddies switched to other car insurances
