CASH BACK REJECTED

Dialdirect called me and told me that only my monthly cash back was paid and not the 4 Year without claim but I never received any money from Dialdirect, they told me to produce my bank statement so that they can be able to show that i did receive the money, my bank would have notified me if I had received the money, the lady called me again to say sorry the monthly cash back was not paid because I did not record my trips, no one told me of such, but they yet 2 minutes ago she said it was paid, with regards to not receiving a 4 years cash back, she said that they debited the money on the 15th of March 2020,but my pay day is always on the 25th and on February my premium was paid, this was done on purpose, the app said that all my premium are up to date, so I asked them what do they mean when the told me I missed my premium, she told me not rely on their App, but yet she told me to use the app to get information and record my trips, this company is full of tricks and doesn't want to pay and I doubt it that they will pay our claims as Dialdirect clients when we need to claim

I am so disappointed by Dialdirect, they told me that they will pay the 4 year cash back and that was 2 months ago, i am still waiting for them to pay me, they called me last month to say that there was an error on their side, and that is why the debit order was debited on the on the 11th of March 2020,where as they know that i get paid on the 25th of every month, when i told them that i am canceling my contract, they told me that they will pay my cash back and i should stay with them, and they still haven't paid me, i think this company is broke and i doubt if anyone is involved in a car accident will be paid, what is the use of being insured with Dialdirect

I actually recommend 10 clients to join Dial direct but now i am going to ask those 10 clients to cancel their policy with Dial direct because of poor service and empty promises
