Care for the Customer

I received a call from dialdirect with regard to the fact that the debit order could not go through, a problem from my side. The assistant was very nice, explaining that the debit could be put through again at a more convenient time. The customer care was something I appreciated very much and would like to give a thumbs up to dialdirect.
