Car insurance

<p>I had a terrible experience with dialdirect when I had a problem with my car. They towed my car to someones private property instead of taking it to an approved panel beater. I phoned the following day to make a follow up about the car since I hadn't had any communication from them and they didn't know where my car was. I had to go look for it. To cut the story short my car was almost impounded since it was just dumped, and when I phoned the complaints department I never got helped till today. I would never recommend it to anyone</p>
