Cancelled but still taking my money

So last month I cancelled my short term insurance with DialDirect due to them raising my premiums by R600 a year. (CRAAAAZY)<br> <br> <br> So they tell me on the phone that sure, everything has been cancelled. every last little policy stipulation has been cancelled and no more funds will be deducted come end of the month.<br> <br> However, come end of May and I note that DialDirect never cancelled one policy and they are still deducting funds even though my main policy is cancelled.<br> <br> Did they make a mistake or are they simply ********?<br>
