Cancellation Letter and Policy Closure
I cancelled my Insurance in July 2021 when my car was written off. To my shock this account still shows open on my Credit Report. I have already asked numerous times that the policy must be closed and not just flagged as inactive. Today I called yet again and advised the Cancellation letter will be sent in order to update the Credit Burreau. I still have not received anything. The fact that it remains on my Credit Portfolio is inpacting my rating negatively. I want the policy closed not just inactive and I do require the promised Cancellation Letter.

I have to date received no Cancelation letter and although the policy shows Inactive, it is impacting negatively on my Credit Score as it remains on my Profile. I asked politely to remove it completely but for some bizarre reason my request falls on death ears. I was a loyal client and always recommended Dial Direct to friends and family. I will no longer be recommending Dial Direct to anyone!
