Canceled Claim

I am so disappointed with dial direct insurance and the Value added Product entity which is advertised by them "Dial-direct" when ever I enquire or ask for advise or feedback about my claim I am being told that The Value added product is not part of dial direct so they can't assist me, since the The value added team has canceled my claim for scratch & dent saying that I missed payments in moths of March & April and I have proof that I paid for those months I have never missed any payments.

No one is willing to assist me, the person who canceled my claim escalated the issue to his supervisor eho promissed to call me back in 30 minutes on Friday 26th May.. till today no one has followed up with my clain and no one is even sugesting that I send my proof of payments for the months they say i didnt pay.

I'm am so disappointed with DialDirect I trusted them with my business now I am looking for alternatives maybe some insures will take me seriously.

I don't know if they are giving me this treatment because of my ethnic group? I realy don't but i pains me that I have been a fool paying for any empty service because now that I need help I am being taken for a ride, all agents are saying different stories.
