Cancelation with no merit

Dial direct canceled my insurance and listed it as a Moral risk which is having a negative effect on me. the loss adjuster who claimed to be a forensic investigator made his own assumptions and dint even understand there was no claim or anything lodged. i have been trying to get them to chat to me about this but they have refused and every month for the pass few years. hope the right manager can read this and assist
