Can't believe this, regret why i chose dial direct

cant believe l joined dial direct insurance for my car .they promised me all the goodies and that they are the best.to my surprise they are the worst insurance ever.my car has been ****** and recovered when it was recovered it had damages therefore they declared it as a write off. the person dealing with my claim has an attitude and he clearly doesn't want to help,what they know is to deduct money even before the agreed debit day yet they fail to deliver their promise.all l want is for them to fix my car as l am paying them to cover me or pay off as per procedure, instead they are looking forward to incriminate me so that they are off the hook and not pay for my claim. what am l paying for if they reject my claim and demanding unnecessary things from me. Furthermore they give me a condition to take my car and fix it by myself, that's ridiculous and if l fix my car, why should l stay with them because they have failed me .they are very bad service providers .if they can't fix or pay off my car they will have to give me back all my money that they have been taking for nothing. I had a meeting today with them it was just in vain, waste of time without service.
