Call recordings not sent when I request for then

For the last 2 years I am struggling to get call recordings from dialdirect. They have a policy that all calls are recorded and may be requested for at anytime. I have tried everything to listen to certain calls made between myself and consultants but I am not getting any joy out of them. The consultants always have a story and always promise to get back to me but they never do.
