Call Centre agent beyond efficient :-)

I never give feedback on call centre consultants but I felt the NEED to leave feedback on the great service I received from Dial direct consultant Imran :-) He was beyond efficient in assisting me with an excellent insurance policy. He answered all the questions I had before I got the chance to ask them which was great. I would refer other people to dial direct because of the helpful service he provided me with- not all call centre agents are bad :-)
