Business Hours???
I want to claim for a burst geyeser. I phoned Dial Direct after 5pm and before 6pm. Their website says the operating hours are between 8am and 6pm. But after phoning an electronic voice tells me I am phoning outside business hours! Bad service! Stop lying to paying customers!

We have noted that a claim was submitted earlier this morning. In the event of an emergency ,such as a burst geyser, we have an emergency assist line which operate on a 24 Hour basis.
