Since my first review for the tyre i claimed from 10th october till now no response dont get a hold of them even on the phone now this month they double debited my account with still no response not even on the app on my phone.

30 Oct 2023, 11:28Ok so now they approved the tyre at Tiger wheel and tyre which they quote R2000 and only approve R1000 which i have to pay the rest for one tyre size 15,the other place i can get a tyre for R980.00 this place Dialdirect are no good i will go everwhere to bad mouth them even in the papers,they let you wait almost a month with no respond then suddenly after all calls messages double payments reviews on Hello Peter they approve for half the quote where my policy state R2000 per tyre.

31 Oct 2023, 09:47I have sent the new quote as they asked which was cheaper now again no answer,they are ****ming people to say that they are cover for R2000,thats only when you have a new tyre.if youre tyre thread are less the amount are getting less that they pay out.which they do no not tell you.
