Brilliant efficient service

Ok lets start with my negligence.... on the 2 July 2013 I submitted a claim, I was informed to take my vehicle to century city and have the assessor look at it. Because I live in Retreat I did not make it to century city, but then waited 1 1/2 years to enquire about the claim again, hoping that someone could help me. Ms Feroza Wassung was brilliant in how she explained the situation, clearly and precise so that I understood that my claim might not be approved. And went above and beyond what most people would do and enquired by her manager if my claim could be approved. She told me to take my vehicle to the new assessor in Tokai (much closer to Retreat), and within 3 days she called me with the good news, that my claim would be approved and the cash for the damages would be deposited in my account.<br> <br> I just would like to say thank you Feroza for the wonderful service, you don't get kind, caring, intelligent people like you anymore.
