Bonus payout

I phoned Dial Direct to enquire about my Bonus payout that was due this year June. I was told that bonus payout cycle has been increased with another four years my because during lockdown in 2020 I phoned made them then to make them aware about my situation. I have been querying this and I was told there is nothing can be done because system have reset my payout cycle.
