Blown away by fantastic customer service

I am currently in the process of purchasing a car and my current insurer couldn't beat what dialdirect was offering me. So I decided to make the change and have been dealing with Themba Mabena. I am absolutely blown away by how helpful, considerate and friendly he has been. He truly has gone the extra mile to assist me in making sure everything goes smoothly.
