Yesterday(13.04.2016) at about 16h10 I called Dialdirect Insurance to amend a few things on my policy with the company. I <br> was then transferred to the Retention department where I spoke to Luyolo and he really went the extra mile for me so that I get the best cover . He really understood me and have some really good advices from him.<br> I have memorized his name and next time when I need something at the retention department, I will ask to be helped by Luyolo .<br> Well done Luyolo, you deserve 10 out of from
