Be aware
If you have an accident in the middle of the night and your car needs to be towed away, Dial Direct arrange both that, and storage, which is good. Whilst you are being bundled into the ambulance and regardless of the state of your injuries, be sure that you have the presence of mind to do a full inventory on the contents of your car. My son didn't and just signed the form waved under his nose. When we went to the car some 6 hours later both his Garmin and expensive sun glasses were missing. There is no redress as you signed the very basic vehicle checklist whilst you were in a state of shock. Clearly everybody closes ranks when you try to get some sense and resolution but nobody would comment if it is morally correct to place someone under duress to sign a \legally binding"form when you are on a stretcher in an ambulance.
