Battery

Good day

This complaint has not been resolved to date, I'm instead being treated by the services provider and being direspected as I refused to do an exchange with the I specificaly stated that the to the service provider to buy the battery and Ill collected instead he continues to disrepect me, If this matter is not resolve by today, I will escalate this to the insurance Oumda for resolution.

On the 22nd of December I requested a battery assist , dial direct sent a vendor to came with broken jumper cables and the vendor look very suspicious and was not professional at all , instead of coming with a battery booster , my car was jumped started with broken jumper cables , since then my car’s battery is been giving issue my vehicle is still new and never gave me battery problems , after being jumped with broken cables my battery gives me problems. Dial direct needs to replace or fix my battery.
