Bad start, proffessional Ending by my Insurers

Good day one and all. I would like to say my "fight" with my Insurer Dial Direct/ Auto&General ended very peacefully and proffesdionally. I then found the ear that i sought and my issue was re-looked at. I no longer had need to scream and shout, I was being heard and being updated often. I was pleasantly surprised when the issue was settled to more than my expectation.

I Wish to thank my insurers and will continue to be with them, I was not always right and they made me see that. They made me feel very important and I hope others join their service, I learnt my lesson, dont blow your gasket, seek another set of ears issues are setled proffesionally, whether in your favour or not.
