Bad services

Policy holder *** I'm deeply disappointed in the service I get from this insurance. I have an outstanding claim of last year Nov'2023. Their replace the geyser but there is damage to the walls and ceiling. Their expect to paint without fix and replace. I've been phoning the insurance almost everyday and Their taking long to even answer or call back. I'm with this company for mre than 15 years but the service is really bad. Their leave me no choice to look for another insurance. Bad bad service and the consultant are Hash and have no customer service. Please look at my claim and come replace that nneeds to be replace Please employ more afrikaans consultants.
