bad service write off is optional

i was involved in accident on 26 of March 2020 the damage of the was not bad. the body, Engineer and the airbag was damage. The only things that was damage it was right side wheel. the dialdirect said my car is a write off the cost to fixed it is more than 50% of the value of the car. then i ask the guy to send me the report of the damage behold i was so surprise the assessor report date was 23 March 2020 and i submitted my claim on the 27 March 2020.

Then i ask him why is your report says price valid until 23 March 2020 this date is before i reported the claim. which mean the price of the parts was estimated or cut and paste. i said i will collect my car from your storage and fixed it. and now insurance said there will not pay because i withdrew my car from being write off. remember write off it optional depending on the own if he or she agree. once the claim has approve the insurance now can indemnify or pay off the claim after all there deduction. but it seems like there just wanted to write off my car only.

now all i want is my claim to paid that all at the there debit my money the was no excuses and now is there turn to pay a lots of stories.
