Bad service from Advisor

Went online to do a vehicle insurance quote but for some reason their website is broken. An advisor called me to offer me a quote his name is Philip. Philip was just unprofessional through out the call, it was like he didn’t know what he was doing. If maybe he found out what am I looking for, he wouldn’t have wasted his time bad mouthing my current insurer. After I told him what I want and that I’m not taking it, he got so arrogant over the phone talking about giving me “his 2cent”… Please train your stuff to give better service. Thank you
