Very Pathetic service

I was hijacked last year December since then I've been fighting with Dial Direct to fix my car properly but they fail to fixed my car

I've ask them to s**** my car from the beginning when this whole thing happen but they refuse...

Very surpricingly theve got people within their business that are there to reject complain from client who are not satisfied or finding errors in their repairs..

Now it's been a year now my car is not properly fix because one their employees by the Name of HUGO said my car will be fix cause it's a new fault...

Worse of them all every month they are still deducting money in my account , where as my car is not fixed
