Bad service

Very shocked by your service. I claimed for a phone last year dec. your claims department sent me 2 phones. A mistake they have taken no responsibility for. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they have threatened and harassed me. Also trying to ****** money from me. Very disgusting and disappointed by dial direct and lack of accountability.
