Bad service

I had a very bad experience with dialdirect their consultants don't take their jobs seriously I made a claim no one give me feedback and I had call them every day using my own airtime,all they do is cover each other and their attitude is ridiculous so guys do yourself a favor and never ever open a policy with them it'd a **** service and her name is Makhukho Malatji
