Bad service and rreatment

My car was involved in an accident, and dial direct insurance selected a panel beater to repair it. However, the panel beater's workmanship was extremely poor and substandard; they actually caused further damage to my car. I had to take the vehicle to another panel beater to get it properly fixed. My issue is that the first panel beater Automagicc reduced the value of my car—both by repairing a side that hadn't even been damaged in the accident and through their poor repair standards.
