Bad service and no concern for the customer

I have been with Dial Direct since 2014, never claimed once. Every year the premium increases, and I have received an updated policy informing me so. Every time I call and ask why the big increase and only then they give me a lower premium. The premium increase month is May. Last night when I was doing my internet banking, there - a day before the scheduled debit order - is a debit for almost R200 more. No notification, just took the money out of my account. When I called Customer Care (and also having sent an email to cancel my policy), they then say they can offer me a discount - a bit late for that. We are in the middle of a pandemic, I work from home and have lost three quarters of my income, I'm struggling to make ends meet, then along comes Dial Direct and just hits you with an increase. Apologies are not good enough, and this is typical of the big corporates - they're only interested in taking money from you. I bought my first car in 1974, and I have always been insured, so 46 years of paying premiums, and only ONE claim ever for a shattered windscreen when a big stone was kicked up on the highway by a speeding car. I'm tired of being a cash *** for companies like this, and at my age now I should be getting a pensioners rebate. Dial Direct sucks and feels nothing for their clients - they only know how to ***** a person over.
