Bad Service

I took an car insurance with DialDirect plus Dent and Scratch as am added policy. I have been paying without any issue , now when thy nee to pay my claim, they say that. My claim was the same claim that was previous reported and in that bases they wont pay me.

I was advise by one of their consultant by the name of Loki to send her aproof that ,my rims were fixed before they pay me.

I m so dissapointed on them and even after sending the that proof, that confirm that my tyres and rims were okay along and my claim is legit. I m so disappointed on them and prepare to completely move away from them, cause they are useless and ripping poor SA citizen. I think theres better companies like. Outsurance ,Myway ,KingPrice and etc that knows how to treat customers with care.

I would like to advise SA citizen to move away from them cause they ******.
