bad service

i have never been treated so bad like i did with dial direct, i quoted the car with hippo gave them all information, then they transferred me to dial direct to activate, the lady ask me same question i answered then premium is R1197 we activate she call back premium increase to R1300 all of sudden its way more because i am changing the start date, i really dont trust them that they will take care of my car really.
