Bad Service

Called in today for a tow assistance at 12:59 I was told it will be there after 2 hours. 3 hours later there was still nothing, had to call back and was told it will be there after 30 minutes. Gues what at 17:00 I was still waiting from 12:59!! Luckily the car is in the house, what if I was stuck by the side of the road somewhere in the middle of nowhere!! Had to request for a different tow provider of which am promised tomorrow before 7am, the car was supposed to be at the dealer at 7:15. The least Dialdirect can do is to use reputable tow service. The way you get placed on hold!!
