Bad Service
2 Years ago we where in a motor vehicle accident we where not the faulty party. We were informed that we should pay the excess and once the other party pays the excess back we will be refunded. We provided the other party details on several times to the legal department. Everytime we phone and request an update the say they will phone us right back but nothing.
