Bad mistake of my entire life to join Dialdirect

<p>Firstly my accident situation was not treated well at all. We pay for insurance every month hoping we will get protected, but not with guys like Dialdirect. My claim was rejected because they are looking for anything no matter how small to reject yr claim it doesn't make sense. My car hire option was also terminated before the agreed date, wasn't even notified, I just got a call from Europcar that I must return the car on the following day, and this incovinienced me greatly as I had to do a whole lot to return the car at an unplanned date and lost a huge portion of my deposit in the process. I will never advise anyone to insure with Dialdirect, they just ******. </p>
