BAD Insurance. Do your due diligence before signing up with them.

DialDirect is the worst insurance company out there. They are so quick to promise you the world if you change your insurance to them, but when it comes time to live up to what they claim, they look for all ways not to. Very disappointed with there service. Definitely changing my insurance.
