Bad insurance Dialdirect

I thought this company Dialdirect was so good that I even Promoted them to everybody and anybody. But that was a mistake. You see, i was Hijacked on 18/07/2023, 2days before my 32nd anniversary. I am the soul provider of my family. I explained to them that i was on my way to pay my insurance because I gathered the money for my missed premium. On that specific day, I would have paid my policy. But i had to do the Delivery for the JD Group first, of which was a New Bed and a New Hisense 13kg washing machine. When I was Hijacked, imagine a gun against your Lower back. I was so terrified that I gave my keys of my bakkie, my 2 Cellphones, they emptied my pockets, and shouted that they'll shoot if I do anything!!! They drove off with the bakkie and the Goods on it, the bed and washing machine. Luckily Tracker was fast to get the bakkie back, with my son's help and another person that helped me with his cellphone. I had to do all the things to get my bakkie back from POPS. Dialdirect sent me a message on email to say that i missed my premium and i should write to them, saying and requesting how can they help me. Well, i explained to them what happened to me and will try to update my premiums. Yesterday they phoned to say:*Sorry we can't help!!!* I asked the person that phoned, why couldn't they just returned the mail to say that? So, i said to the guy that phoned that i will end the call and did it. I am so Traumatized that I can't Sleep at night, like now, writing to Hello Peter about my situation. I don't know if another insurance company will cover me. But i must provide for my family because there's a Biblical text that says that if i doesn't, i am Worse than an Unbeliever. I am very Traumatized and would Not recommend Dialdirect to anyone. Sad to say, i will have to pay back the money for the Bed and Washing machine without anything in my Bank account. I will have to make keys for my bakkie because the Hijackers took off with my keys. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIALDIRECT TO ANYONE, NO NEVER!!! The guy that phoned me said:*We can cover you from the End of this call to the end of month*. I asked if I could make up for the missed premium, would they cover me? He said Unfortunately No. I missed the premium because i was Hijacked. If this, exactly like mine has happened to them, would they feel the same as me? Luckily MTN has given me a New contract phone.
