Bad experience

Frustrating service ever....I canceled the insurance a month ago all of a sudden they become soo unprofessional...deducting in my account and claim it to be a mistake what nonsense is that...and I can't even reverse that money and also dial direct is not planning to refund me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company they so expensive for nothing and when you need help they toss and turn u. Bad bad bad insurers.
