Bad customer service dialdirect

Bad experience ..cacelled policy by mail. Send numerous mails without any feedback. They still deduct payments from my bank account. Will not recommend them to any person.

I have ask Dial Direct to return 2 months debit orders as I have canceled the policy still no reply their services are ver very poor. No contact made with me from their side
