Bad attitude and not helpful at all

<p>They increased my premium, when i called to explain that it is too high for me, the consultant i got gave me bad attititude and said that is the best premium they could give.</p> <p>After 4years of being with budget insurance and them and having not skipped even one payment this is the terrible service i get.</p>
