Ayanda assisted me with getting my monthly premiums lowered, she was amazing and made sure I understood everything she was explaining to me. I did however not appreciate speaking to a robot when i dialed ***prior to being transferred to Ayanda, it is airtime consuming, it would be easier to just be transferred to a human from the get go.
