I requested a call back from a Dial direct sales consultant because I wanted to move insurances. <br> Stefan Reichel, called me went through the quote with me, had the patience to answer all my questions.<br> He called me each and every time I had asked him to so that I could amend my quote. <br> He was absolutely polite, helpful and did not at any stage sound like he did not want to assist<br> <br> He is an excellent consultant who really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy at the end of the day and who took the time to understand what I needed financially.<br> <br> I received my documents immediately and he kept to his word.<br> <br> He is definitely an amazing representative of Dial Direct!!!!<br> Thank you Stefan!!!
