Awesome Service From Dialdirect

I was very impressed with the service l got from Dial Direct after l accidentally locked my car keys into my car. Everything including my phone was in the bag, in the car..l called them and l can't remember the name of the lady l spoke to but she first asked me if l was okay and safe..that meant a great deal to me! She then organised a locksmith and she called me back in 5 to 10 min intervals to check the progress. The locksmith arrived about 30 mins later to unlock my car. The lady phoned back to check if l was sorted. I felt taken care of..thumps up to you guys!!!
