Awesome service from a Towing Company that is not with Dial Direct!!! Get them on your Books!!!

Good evening

This afternoon I got stuck on the N14 south few km's to R511, this is not a safe road and I'm a woman driving alone. To make the matter worse by cellphone battery was flat and was not able to make a call to my insurance. As I looked down the road I saw a Tow truck loading a motor bike and I approached them for assistance and to find out if they are with Dial Direct and to my disappointment they said they are not a Service Provider with Dial Direct but with OUTsuance. The Gentleman said he will assist by calling by insurance to send assistance. He did everything for me, by speaking to the consultant and and even giving them direction where I was. He also waited with me till the tow truck came, this was awesome, which he didn't have to as he was not contracted with my insurance. I asked him why is he not with Dial Direct and he said he tried to apply and it was not successful. I wish this review get to your Procurement department to get BABIRWA TOWING SERVICES on your list. You will definitely have your customers happy.
