Awesome service by Yolanda
Just wanted to compliment Yolanda and the staff at Dialdirect for so efficiently and quickly finalising our claim. Yolanda kept us informed at all times as to the progress of the claim. It was an absolute pleasure working with her especially when client service is so lacking in todays time. Well done to Yolanda and the staff!!
